It has been a very busy Fall for music in Charlotte this year, and the Halloween festivities have only added to it.
Last weekend, The Milestone Club, one of the Queen City’s most treasured venues, threw two sold-out nights of costumed magic when local and regional bands donned the looks from favorite stories acts, paired with the songs that made them so iconic, from The Spice Girls (Hey Richard) to Angel Olsen (The Whiskey Predicament) and The Cars (Anchor Detail).
With two more shows in October for the establishment, the first on the following Sunday night was a hit for anyone that got the opportunity to attend. True Lilith headlined alongside Momophobia, Neptune Flyer, and newcomers The White Horse for an evening dedicated to some of the best Alt-Rock our area offers.
For the night, with much needed time to rock out with faces new and old alike, RF20XX caught a few premonitions of what is to come with the first two acts, with Neptune Flyer premiering a few new emotionally, and seasonally, charged singles coming in December, and what could be an awesome future for Shelby’s own melodic metal trio, The White Horse, as they opened a lot of eyes and ears with their debut live performance.
Check out some of the shots from the evening, and stay tuned in with both bands with new media coming soon!;
