In Charlotte, NC, Pride rings in twice a year; once like clockwork in June, with the second helping sewn in all through August. For NC Dark Scene-goers, Digital Noir acts almost as a last hurrah for the month, lighting up The Milestone Club with an extensive array of colors and emblems of representation, letting our crew know they are safe whenever they step into the dark and fog of the venue’s main hall.

In a way, this month’s DN photo set is not only an accurate display of that notion, but also of the love in that sentiment DJ Spider, alongside August’s guest, DJ Villainess, pushed to express to the dancing audience through their collaborative soundtracks. It was an amazing night full of smiles captured, memories made, and shenanigans, as with every month, ensued.
